Each purchase gives you a right to use the item in the number of end products specified in the selected pricing plan description → https://www.ghostkit.io/pricing/. Our plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) version 2.0 or later.
Warranty
Items sold and distributed by Devoice LLC are done so in the hope that they will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Because the number and variety of third-party plugins are vast and wide, we do not guarantee that the items will function with all third-party plugins, themes, or browsers of any kind.
Support
Support is granted for 1 year after the original purchase based on the license you have purchased. After 1 year is completed, the purchaser must renew their license in order to continue receiving support for the items purchased.

Whilst we attempt to provide the best support possible for our plugin, we do not guarantee that any particular support query can or will be answered to the extent, or within a timeframe that the inquirer is completely satisfied.
Updates
We provide updates for our plugin until your license has expired (1 year).
Ownership
Ghost Kit Pro and Ghost Kit are the property of Devoice LLC. Claiming any type of intellectual or exclusive ownership rights of our products is strictly prohibited.
Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription for such Renewal using any credit card or other payment medium we have on record for you. A subscription can be canceled anytime in the Account and Product Subscriptions.
Refund Policy
All refunds are made at the discretion of Devoice LLC, and we reserve the right to refuse to offer a refund for any reason, except in the case of our 14-day money-back guarantee (see below).
14-day Money Back Guarantee
Your first purchase is backed by a 14-day refund guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with our product, simply let us know within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll happily refund 100% of your purchase. No questions asked.
We will stop your Subscription and issue you a refund. Your request for cancellation must be received within 24 business hours of the 14 days of the date and time of purchasing your first product license. While some refunds may be instant, refund credit can take up to 5 – 10 business days to show up on your credit card statement.
